Clearway Watch™ is designed to need as little information as possible. To send you alerts we store only:

• Your chosen city or cities
• Your alert preferences (morning, afternoon, or both)
• A notification token for your device, so reminders can be delivered to it

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or a password, and we do not track your location.

How we use it

Your preferences and device token are used only to schedule and deliver your clearway reminders. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Unsubscribing

You can change your alert preferences or unsubscribe completely at any time from the Alert Settings page. Unsubscribing removes your preferences and device token.

Clearway Watch™ reminders are a courtesy service only. They are not confirmation of local parking restrictions, clearway operating times, or the legality of parking in any location. Parking rules can change without notice and vary by street, council and state. Always check the on-street signage where you park. Clearway Watch™ accepts no liability for fines, towing fees or other costs incurred while using this service.
