Not Receiving Notifications?

Most problems take a minute to fix. Choose your phone below. When you're done, open Alert Settings and tap Send test notification.

Check the Home Screen icon

  1. 1Your iPhone needs iOS 16.4 or later (Settings → General → About).
  2. 2Clearway Watch™ must be on your Home Screen — see Add CWW to your Home Screen.
  3. 3Always open Clearway Watch™ from the Home Screen icon, not from Safari.

Check notification permission

  1. 1Open Settings → Notifications → Clearway Watch™.
  2. 2Switch on Allow Notifications, and turn on Sounds and Lock Screen.
  3. 3Open Clearway Watch™ from the icon → Alert Settings → Turn on notifications if shown.

No sound or nothing showing?

  1. 1Check the side switch isn't set to silent.
  2. 2Swipe down from the top right and check no Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Driving) is on — or allow Clearway Watch™ in it.

Still not working?

  1. 1Open Clearway Watch™ from the icon → Alert Settings.
  2. 2If it says needs repairing, tap Repair notifications.
  3. 3Only as a last resort: remove the icon, add it again, and register again.
